Although the Foos have been very quiet lately, they had a busy year. They went to New England to pick up a new family member.

“Why can’t she just take the bus? We hate the NY Thruway.”

They saw many of their relatives, including some very new ones. Jada does not acknowledge the existence of anything that may be even cuter than she is.

“Bah.”

Then they saw Piper, Ozzie’s sister and Jada’s niece, whom they had not seen in many years.

“I am quite happy where I am. Nice seeing you again. Go away now.”

She quickly adjusted to life in the Foo House.

“At last, an opportunity to write my memoir. I will call it “Furry & Fussy: The Diary of a Showdog.”

She liked her new sleeping accommodations.

“Aunt Jada is softer than gravel.”

And learned to show off her fashionable side.

“Call me Piper O.”

After some initial reluctance, the Foos are a happy trio.

“We are a united front. And we have some demands we’d like to talk to you about.”
